Lawful surveillance — Miami / South Florida
Observation and documentation where the client’s purpose is lawful, the engagement is written, and applicable Florida and federal rules allow it. We do not describe or offer illegal monitoring.
When is surveillance offered?
Surveillance is offered only under a written engagement that defines purpose, locations, duration, and limits—and only where applicable law and licensing allow. Metro Risk Management Group does not provide illegal wiretapping, unauthorized access to accounts, or other unlawful monitoring.

How does this differ from background screening?
Surveillance is a field investigative activity. People Vetting screening is a consumer-reporting workflow (purpose, disclosure, consent, packages). They answer different questions and follow different rules; one does not replace the other.

Local pages describe service capability for early discoverability. Current professional licensing (including Florida and New York where applicable) and engagement eligibility are confirmed in writing before any fieldwork. Not legal advice. Surveillance and investigations are offered only where lawful and authorized.
