Terms of Service

Draft website terms. Client CRA agreements, permissible-purpose certifications, and product SLAs are not replaced by this page. Counsel must approve before production.

1. Operator

These Terms govern peoplevetting.com. The service is operated by Metro Risk Management Group LLC, 2851 NE 183rd St, Suite 208E, Aventura, FL 33160. Contact: info@peoplevetting.com.

2. Acceptance

By using the public site you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Platform accounts are also governed by your organization’s client agreement.

3. No consumer report from this site alone

The public site does not produce consumer reports. Background checks and tenant screening require an authorized client relationship, a certified permissible purpose, and product workflows. Local investigation work (Miami / New York) is scoped in writing and is not a consumer report.

4. Accounts

Keep credentials confidential and complete MFA when required. We may suspend access that appears compromised or unauthorized.

5. Fees and no hidden charges

Public prices are in U.S. dollars per completed report unless a custom quote says otherwise. We do not add surprise platform fees at checkout. Third-party court or database access costs, if any, are disclosed as pass-through at cost. See Pricing and the Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited use

  • Bypassing security or accessing other people’s data
  • Using the service for unlawful discrimination or a non-permissible purpose
  • Scraping or overloading the site without written permission
  • Submitting false reviews, fake identities, or fabricated consent

7. Intellectual property and licenses

People Vetting branding and original site content are owned by Metro Risk Management Group LLC or its licensors. Third-party fonts, public-record files, and other licensed parts are listed on Licenses & attributions.

8. Reviews and testimonials

We do not publish paid, invented, or anonymous star ratings on this site. If a testimonial appears later, it will identify a real organization that agreed to be named.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” Draft policies and demos are not legal advice and are not a warranty of accreditation, CRA registration, or a completed audit.
