Typeface
Manrope is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 via Google Fonts. The license does not transfer trademark rights in the People Vetting name.
New York rent-stabilized building list
Building registration rows come from public DHCR / HCR “RGB” building files. That dataset is a government publication. A match on a building page is not apartment-level status, not a fraud finding, and not a consumer report.
Maps, search, and analytics
Google Fonts and, if you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 are Google services subject to Google’s terms. We do not load advertising SDKs on this site today.
Professional licenses
Field investigation work is offered by Metro Risk Management Group LLC. A Florida private-investigator license number is confirmed in writing before fieldwork and is not published here until counsel-approved unlock. New York pages do not reuse a Florida license number.
