How do People Vetting and local investigations relate?

People Vetting is the national screening platform (employment, tenant, landlord–tenant, IntegriVetting research/pilot). Local investigative services are field/consultative engagements under Metro Risk Management Group. They are not the same as ordering a consumer report in the portal, though clients may use both when the facts call for it.

Where do you focus local work today?

Local investigative capacity is oriented to New York City (landlord–tenant, non-primary residence, illegal-sublet inquiries) and Miami / South Florida (fraud, lawful surveillance, corporate). National screening via People Vetting remains available to U.S. clients regardless of city. Licensing, scope, and written engagement terms are confirmed before fieldwork.

Current professional licensing (including Florida and New York where applicable) and engagement eligibility are confirmed in writing before any fieldwork. Not legal advice. Surveillance and investigations are offered only where lawful and authorized.
