What is IntegriVetting?
IntegriVetting is People Vetting’s modular Integrity & Workplace Conduct Assessment for pre-employment contexts. It includes a Core module and optional modules for cash/asset access, information/systems, and bribery/conflict. During research/pilot, employers see whether the candidate completed the session—not scores for hiring decisions.

What is IntegriVetting not?
It is not a substitute for a criminal background check, not a polygraph, and not an “assessed risk” employment score while research/pilot gates remain open. It does not claim production validation cutoffs or commercial go-live until People Vetting flips those flags after evidence and counsel processes.

Background check vs integrity assessment
Use Pre-employment Check for FCRA consumer-report screening. Use IntegriVetting when joining the integrity research/pilot—with explicit research acknowledgments and completion-only employer visibility. The products can coexist; they are not interchangeable labels for the same data.
